I would definitely say that both Jiko: The Cooking Place and Sanaa at the Animal Kingdom. Love both, but Jiko is a little more expensive and I like that Sanaa has more food from India so I like the spices they use more.

Maytrix is correct about getting in an hour early. If you do decide to stay onsite you get in to the Harry Potter area (but only hp, not the rest of the park, I believe) one hour earlier before off-site guests.
