I'm having the same issue. Tried this several times and it didn't work for me.

FYI, they told me that too about two hours ago...still on hold.

They told me the same thing. I have a 10 night resort reservation and was able to get one park reservation.

I tried it. It didn't work for me. I was able still only able to book one day.

I got through on Chat. She couldn't help me with the Park Reservation system and told me I'd have to call to change my resort reservation. No help at all.

I'm able to get back in now but I still can't make any park reservations for 7/17 - 7/27. I'm an AP and was able to make one park reservation this morning and then it started telling me no park availability.

I've been trying to get through on the phone for two hours, continuously hitting redial. I'm finally in the queue. I don't know why I'm so excited about that.:yay:

My daughter and I each have 10 day unused hopper tickets left over from a package that we will want to upgrade to an annual passes in 2021. I was told that we can only do that in the park. But if I can't upgrade the tickets until I arrive, then I can't book any FP+, right? Is there any way...

I have a package reserved for August with all my FP+ already booked. I am thinking about purchasing an AP from Sams Club now to use for this trip and save the package tickets for future use. Will this affect my fastpasses that are already made? I don’t want to lose them.

Thanks for the info on the shampoo/conditioner. My DD has waist length super thick hair so the combined stuff just doesn't get the job done. Glad to hear it is separate products, one less thing I have to pack :thumbsup2
