Just returned from 5 nights at the Poly and will not return

We just returned from our first stay at Poly. We were in the Hawaii bldg. We thought it was fine. We have stayed at WL and Saratoga Springs villas and felt that the location was much more convenient. While the mold was unforgivable, most complaints I hear about are about value. Comparing Disney...

    Harry Potter Crowd Report Thread...

Planning our first trip to Orlando Universal Studios and IOA. Going on Thursday, Nov 17th. 6 adults. We want to do both parks on that one day but Harry Potter is the priority. The crowd calendar for WDW is very low that day. Will we be able to do the headliners in both parks in one day...

A skeptical family of First-Timers take on WDW Nov 15-22** NOV 28 update

We had dinner at rose and crown with the intent to see illuminations...however we did not have a table outside at the rail and we could not see anything!:sad2: You must ask for a table where you can see and be prepared to defend it! People WILL stand right in front of you. Good food but...

Does Epcot sell lanyards and pins?

Such passionate responses about such a small thing!!! Pin trading is meant to be fun. I enjoy it and don't really care if my pins are "real" or not. If I like it, I buy it or keep it. No one should use pins as some kind of investment. (still holding out hope for my beanie babies...

Does Epcot sell lanyards and pins?

Almost always pins bought in lots on eBay will have fakes. Most of the time there is no difference in appearance to the average person. The cm's cannot refuse to trade with you! They do limit you to 3 trades at a time with the same cm. ( I think) Don't worry! Whatever pins you just got will...

Does Epcot sell lanyards and pins?

I bought my first pin at Epcot. I keep all the pins I buy in the parks and use eBay pins for trading. I know most of the eBay lots are fake and most of the ones you get from the cm's in trade are fake too. However, I have a lot of fun and it is one of the "must do" activities for me. Just...

Have you given any thought to pre ordering a photopass cd? I also scrapbook and our first trip to WDW we thought we took lots of pics but most were missing one of our party or we were just too busy to remember to take them. (also my family just rolls their eyes when I give posing directions...

A skeptical family of First-Timers take on WDW Nov 15-22** NOV 28 update

We hung around the boat docks for the water parade on our last trip and it was disappointing. I am sure others may have a different opinion but I say... Unless you have some down time, don't bother.

Touring Plans question.... (if you have used them, help!)

We always use a touring plan. We skip some rides or attractions listed that we don't like and add some downtime to just enjoy the details. The one day selective plan works well for us but we do not have little kids. If you are going when it is busy then I suggest having a plan and...

We were planning on going Thursday Nov 17th. Thought it would be really slow so we can do both parks in one day. What now? Any thoughts?

    Is anyone else WORRIED????

This is service that provides plans that have step by step details to avoid long lines. It is from the same folks who publish the unofficial guide books which are the best! You must pay a small yearly fee but I would be lost without those plans.

The **NEW** Grand Floridian FAQ!(MAY 2011)

I have not done both but I can not imagine trying to eat that much food!! We stay CL mainly for the breakfast and nightcaps. We take water and snacks from the lounge into the parks cutting way back on buying food. We have used the dining plan without CL and loved it but still it was more...

"""So there you have it, some people are told DY9 was a BB offer, and when I called back to see if the code I had been given was this, I was told no, that it was just a very small offer for certain high end rooms. Typically, it all depends on which CM you talk to, but I do tend to believe the...
