    BoG- orderingQuick Service Alcohol Selections

It was the "Add To Order" that was throwing me off. I thought I had to choose from that scroll down of fountain type beverages. Order placed and thanks to all for the help!

DDP - two room reservation - cast member says I can't add the dining plan to only one room?

Unless your teens are over 18, there is supposed to be an adult in the room. If they are underage, they are not supposed to stay in a separate room alone.

    BoG- orderingQuick Service Alcohol Selections

I've tried 5 times tonight, but thanks. It will only allow for coffee, soda, and the like when preordering. I was wondering if anyone has recent experience with this. I'd appreciate hearing about it. May I order a mimosa or such in person, if I don't preorder?

If using the QS for breakfast at BOG, do they allow you a mimosa or bellini? I ask because it won't let you pre-order them online.

    Polynesian Contruction in November

Ok, thanks for the replies! It was when she mentioned that part of the parking lot would be closed off that the cogs began to turn concerning the monorail, and I was afraid that taller construction equipment may need to move between the parking lot and the beach construction site.

    Polynesian Contruction in November

I just booked the Polynesian for the first week in November, and the CM warned me about part of the parking lot being closed for construction purposes as well as some construction noises. She also said that part of the beach will be closed.I assume this will be due to the Vacation Club...

    Oh the things you'll see!

I had a conversation in which paying for FP's came up while at the WL years back. The person kept giving me that "Oh, OK. Right. Righhhhttt" attitude when I tried to explain they are free. Now, I just let it go.

My best splurge at a Disney gift shop was when I bought a _________ at ____________.

4 extremely overpriced, $8 plus each, ponchos at the Epcot International Gateway in order to use our Soarin' FP's in a sudden storm - Priceless

    Extreme rude guest encounters

There are times when a woman might want to use a family restroom, instead of a public stall. Some people have to self catheterize. Depending on the individual, that could mean squatting or even lying on the floor - neither of which would work in a stall. Just something that you couldn't tell by...

Do You Ever Worry About Getting Robbed in the Parks?

I worry the same as I do everywhere, and I use an extra small ameribag - if I carry one in the parks at all. I was very worried about my son's ipod 5th gen this trip, though. I was worried that it would get some unwanted attention from someone seeing him using it, and I picked his pocket getting...

    Oh the things you'll see!

So my family of four was approaching the EE fast pass return last Friday, when a guy in some kind of souped up scooter came flying up. Really, he was going faster than I’ve ever, ever, seen a scooter move. There’s a post there at the FP entrance that connects to a short rope, and he ran into it...

Haha!! No, I say "clusterflub," because it is less likely to be misheard for the curse word that actually belongs there. ;)

    Extreme rude guest encounters

Friday morning the tram situation from the parking lot to AK was a complete clusterflub. People were pushing, shoving, and attacking the trams when they were given the cue to board. The CM's were announcing "5 people to a row only, including children!" Everything was slowed down because people...

Is this really true?? Free ice water at WDW?

Absolutely! We discovered this about 10 years ago when I sent DH to get me a water at a counter service place off Sunset Blvd in MGM. Cashier asked him if he wanted a cup or a bottle, and he asked her what was the difference. "The cup is free." We've been drinking it ever since! :lmao: They are...

    Rope Drop vs Park Closing

In dozens of trips we have only done RD at Epcot, primarily for multiple rides on Soarin'. We prefer the parks at night without the blaring sun, and we like to relax a little in the mornings. I'll admit that we have never ridden TSM, however. I refuse to wait in line for anything over 30-40...

    NO FLASH photos on rides!

HAHAHAHA!! If it happens to me on our trip next week and I have to search for my mental happy place, I'm going to remember this post. Just the thought of doing it may be enough to keep me calm. :goodvibes
