You can change any of those items at check in, and actually throughout the cruise as well. If you decide you want to pay part in cash and part on your card, just go to guest services and they'll apply the cash to your bill at any point throughout the cruise. They'll adjust just about anything...

It looks like crowds are somewhat low that whole week, other than Saturday and Sunday (and even then worse at HS bc of SWW), and the whole week after we get back. The next week it goes up to almost all 8s and 9s. My guess is that a lot of schools aren't out yet, or they're JUST out, so...
