thinking of skipping rivers of light to head over to see Fantasmic -

I'd 100% go see Fantasmic over Rivers of Lignt. I thought RoL was very, very undershelming and don't feel a need to see it again.

Disney at 3 months pregnant, or with a 3 month old?

I went at 17 weeks this past May in 90+ degre weather and had a great time. The only thing I was sad that I couldn't go on was Flight of Passage because I had never done it and we had a DVC preview. There were very few things I felt like I missed. We went at my pace, took a ton of bathroom...

    Single Rider Line

Depending on how crowded the park is, they may close the single rider line. I've been when the single rider line is closed because the stand by wait is so high.

Is Preferred Parade viewing worth it?

I had thee opportunity to sit there for the night parade last Friday. I'm not normally one for the parades but it was set up as a post engagement surprise bu my fiance's brother. Flying in on the day of check in?

I flew the day of check in with my mom. Our flight go in at 7:30am I think and went straight to Vista. Check-in didn't take long at all and I got a 3 bedroom at Chatham just like I wanted. We dropped my stuff off, met my roommates, and left as soon as we could for breakfast (but mainly to get...

    Palate Expander Experience?

I had a top and bottom palate expander when I was 8 or 9. I wish I had is sooner and I may have not needed braces for 4 years after that! My two top front teeth were at a horrible angle to each other because my palate was too small. Maybe getting one at a young age will be a good thing for him...

    For People Who are Flying...

I flew down when I did my CP. Mom mom and I flew on Southwest so we got to take a total fo 4 bags free since they have the 2 bags a person free policy. My mom was only staying a night so she just had a carry on. I would have had 3 bags but I ended up bringing a comforter/sheets down with me...

    Frustrated with CA vacation budget

I went to LA with my mom last May and we spent a day at Universal...It wasn't worth our time or money. If you've been to Universal in Orlando the California one doesn't compare at all. They don't have much to do at all....like 5 rides, and most of them we didn't like at all. Luckily the day was...

My mom and I have done that for a family...but it was the Tea Cups so they could still see their daughter and you can't on ToT so parents may feel differently then (the parents both get motion sickness but the little girl really wanted to ride. I guess they thought we looked nice so we took her...

    Disney's Property Control Store

Looks like prices went up! When I was there sunglasses were $0.25 a pair! We'd go there and literally grab a handful of sunglasses and go pay...we didn't really care what they looked like since they were so cheap and I'd probably lose them soon anyways lol.

    Mickey Says:"Don't Be Late Pal!"

Often when a new ride or attraction opens they will go through a period of NOT accepting late fastpasses due to the increased popularity and attention. This was the case when TSM first opened. They made sure to let cast members know that they would not be accepting late passes for a little while...

    Character Heights/CP Auditions

It's very possible!! You can save way more than just $15 a paycheck. When I actually tried to save money it was easy. I left the program with over a thousand dollars in my bank account with I guess is a spectacular feat for CPers My biggest piece of advice? Don't buy your lunch/dinner or go out...

Anyone go to Hershey Park in May?

Hershey Park hosts student band/orchestra/chorus competitions in May and June. I don't know the exact dates but that could bump up crowd levels.
