Anyone survived WDW with morning sickness?

Last June, I was about 12 or 13 weeks along with my daughter when I went to CSR for a week with DH. Phenergan, the Rx available mentioned by a previous poster, was like a miracle drug, and I tried everything. (I had all-day sickness with this pregnancy til 28 weeks.) The doc can give you the...

Has anyone traveled with a baby under 1?

Thanks for the responses, everyone. We have decided to fly. 2 hours of possible misery is so much better than something going wrong on the drive down and it turning into a disaster trip. I will be using the diapers.com service, thanks!

Has anyone traveled with a baby under 1?

Hi all, We have reservations for a Grand Gathering that we are very excited about. My DH and I have enjoyed driving down to Disney in the past when it was just the two of us, but we have a new addition in our family, our daughter. She will be 7 months old at the time of travel in August...

BRAND NEW CORONADO SPRINGS FAQ THREAD w/ PHOTOS (PART IV)

Leaving in 4 days... I can hardly stand it!   This will be my 5th stay at CSR and DH's 1st! I can't wait to show him how fantastic it is. I'm hoping it will be super romantic too, since the trip is to celebrate our anniversary and is also functioning as a...

Talk me into CSR and Pepper Market

Conventioners don't bother me. Never have, never will. It's not really as bad as everyone says it is, and you can find a list of when the conventions are, so you can plan around that if it's an issue. They keep to themselves. Every now and then, I've found that the hot tub was crowded with...

    Alligators

LOL that's great, who named the alligator at CSR "Glen"? It is a perfect name.

    Pool hopping no longer?

I swear, one of these days I'm going to open a post about gay Brazilian cheerleaders who cut in line for a waterslide while pool hopping and drinking out of last year's refillable mugs, meanwhile skipping their triple-booked ADR's. :lmao:

If you had to choose for the Fantasmic package

My DH and I really enjoyed Mama Melrose on our last trip for the FDP. Everything about the food was great! Service was a little awkward but it was a shift change, so I wasn't really bothered.

OMG I just booked a LAST MINUTE trip! Now what?

Congrats! The only advice I can give you is lists!!! I would make a master list of all the things you need to bring/ do/ remember. But I'm Type A like that so it really depends on what will help you stay sane!

    Pregnancy and WDW

Hi everyone! DH and I just found out that we are expecting baby #1 on 1.1.10. Yay! :goodvibes We previously planned a trip for June 12-22 and we've already set up our ADRs and paid the whole thing off! :cool1: Being that this is my first pregnancy, I'm not quite sure what to expect...

Off Topic but do you (women) wear make-up while at the parks

This might sound gross to some people, but if you use a non-comedogenic creamy-type anti-perspirant on your face before your makeup, it solves the problem entirely! I learned this trick when I used to work in a very hot environment but I still needed to look nice. My co-workers taught me. I...

Star Wars Weekend - early entry day

We went for SSW last year and are returning this year. I don't think anything changed due to SWW. When we arrived last year to DHS on our EMH morning, the storm troopers and clone guys (sorry, DH is the SW geek, not me! :darth:) were out in full effect. I won't spoil it for you if you haven't...

Is this acceptable or considered cutting in line?

It's wrong. It's not an emergency (like someone in your party suddenly starts to bleed or a toddler about to pee him/herself-- in which case the exiting and re-entering people have waited with the party for the majority of the time). It's a way to make your way through the park faster by...

    Boma or Jiko for dinner?

Boma is great because of all the choices, and if you don't like something, you can just get something else. If you were going without kids, I would have totally said Jiko, it is my absolute favorite restaurant in all of WDW... or the actual world, for that matter. DH agrees. However, I...

    Eat my Way Around Epcot

DH and I wanted to do this on our honeymoon but feared costs and being too full, so in each country, we shared: 1 kiddie meal (entree/side/ soda) 1 alcoholic beverage It went really well! The kiddie meals are usually the most popular thing in that country, so that worked out well. In...

What's the most embarrassing thing that happened to you at your resort?

I LOVE THIS THREAD! I have two to share... one is horribly embarrasing for me, one is just awkward! Family trip story: My parents and siblings and I were staying at CSR. We had just checked in and got our KTTW. We strolled around to find our building, and we walked up to the...

Post Here - Your Experience Upgrading 4/3 Tickets

Okay, I am really confused by this entire post. :confused3 Sorry! My question is... I have the 4/3 deal booked for June and I want to upgrade the tickets to include the Water Parks Fun & More option. Am I going to be able to do this or not? My whole itinerary will be messed up if not. I'm...

Tell me the truth about Crocs!

My DH is so anti-crocs is hilarious. However, I bought him the flip flop style and he loves them! Wore them all through Disney every single day on our honeymoon. For me, I couldn't seem to find a pair that I liked, so I ended up buying white slip on Sketchers that have breathable material...
