Whenever I have flown in midweek, I have gotten my luggage right away. the one time I flew in on a weekend, it took over 7 hours to get! Not sure why, but from now on, I plan midweek trips. I also waited in line for Magical Express one Saturday morning for over 2 hours. Not worth the aggravation!

I agree with the person who said Gatlinburg! So much to see and do there. Dollywood, Smoky Mts, etc. We rent a cabin, and by cabin, I mean nicer than my house. We had 5 bedrooms, a game room, jacuzzi, 3 decks to sit on that overlooked the mountains. Best vacation other than Disney!

The boats are not too bumpy, but I wouldn't go on them just for the simple fact that after I went on them last time, we had to sign a waiver d/t bacteria in the water. Wouldn't want to deal with that while pregnant.

Last year the food court doors locked at 11pm at Pop Century. Unless it has changed since last year. Maybe Art of Animation is different.

Depending on where your room is at Port Orleans, the walk is not far between resorts. It might be 10-15 minutes at most. We walked to POFQ several times to get the beignets at the food court!

We were there 2 weeks ago and the main pool was always crowded. Never could find a chair to sit anywhere near the pool. We would always go to the quiet pool and have the whole pool to ourself most of the time!

We just booked Art of Animation for Nov 11th. My daughter is running in the marathon and needs to get to the Wide World of Sports. Is there a bus from the resort or will she have to get a taxi to Wide World of Sports?

We just got back and did preferred and glad we did. We ended up in Trinidad North building 31, corner room facing the water. Was terrific. Short walk to the food court and bus stop. This is my favorite Disney hotel! Even though the hotel was full, was always quiet and relaxing!

There is currently a bounceback offer that goes till end of 2012. I booked while I was just there. Of course every hotel I asked about only had the most expensive rooms available.
