    Any drawbacks to e-tickets?

Heading down to Orlando on Feb 15 and just purchasing tickets now. Nervous about choosing a "snail mail" option since we're only 15 days out...OTC offers e-tickets which are seeming like a good option. Anyone have any issues with these?

Do I need a touring plan for Busch Gardens?

Planning a single day at Busch Gardens with 11, 12 and 14 year old. Do we need a plan of attack, or just wing it? DD (11) and I may split off from the boys cause we aren't really thrill riders, but the boys are. How worthwhile is the extra cost for the animal experiences/tours? Any other...

Can I upgrade third party tix in park to include UEU?

Planning for mid Feb trip and wondering: If I buy our 3 day, 2 park, park to park tix from either parksavers or officialticketcenter, will I be able to upgrade these tickets to include the Universal Express Unlimited pass once we get to the parks? Or can 3rd party tix be upgraded at all? TIA!

Sea world - any idea when Journey to Atlantis will reopen??

Planning a trip with friends in Feb, and they've been to various Sea world parks and JtA has always been closed on every visit! I gotta warm them up to the idea if it's gonna still be closed....

4 years later, we're coming back, and so much has changed!!!

We are doing 3 day park to park passes at Universal, so most days probably both parks. First few days we are meeting up with friends who overlap with our trip - their son is 9 and he's an only child, so he's never had another kid to tour amusement parks with. He's kind of been adopted into our...

Anyone used the "ultimate" package for DC and headed to Busch Gardens?

We are planning to purchase our DC tix with the upgrade to include parking and BG - we were going to visit my niece in Tampa anyhow.... But I don't see many posts that discuss this option....does no one use this perk? Or am I just not looking hard enough?

4 years later, we're coming back, and so much has changed!!!

As we've been to all the parks before, and the kids are older now, we are paring down on what we "need" to do, versus what we "might like" to do if there is time. I'm an obsessive planner, and have used Touring Plans before, perhaps to an unhealthy level :rolleyes1, so we plan to use their day...

4 years later, we're coming back, and so much has changed!!!

Yep, family of 5. All kids now over 10. Makes life easier but more expensive.... And when we compare to other options for where to best spend our dollars, unfortunately Disney comes up short. We can do Universal for an extra day for around $100, SeaWorld or Aquatica for free (with DC...

4 years later, we're coming back, and so much has changed!!!

Ha Ha.....nope, it's me too! Which is why I'm trying not to hyperventilate while planning those 2 days!! But couldn't justify the extra $500 US per day that the WDW parks cost! We will try to be parked an hour before opening - I'm a firm believer in getting in line early, even if my family...

4 years later, we're coming back, and so much has changed!!!

We've toured The World twice before, once in 2012, then again in 2014. We missed 2016, and now we are coming back for a Feb, 2018 trip. We've always stayed on site before (kids were young and prices were lower), but now due to family economic considerations, skyrocketing prices for tickets...

    Need hotel advice

Planning a Feb trip to Orlando with our 3 kids, and another family with single child. Always stayed on site before, but now we wanna take a stab at off-site. Looking for hotel options with great pool or waterpark, room for family of 5 (2 bedroom preferably), kitchenette or full kitchen, and...

    Cabana Bay - questions

I think I've read most of the posts here since we decided to book this hotel 6 months ago, but there are a few details I can't find/have forgotten. - What time to the movies at the pool/river usually start, and are they loud enough to disturb if your room is located nearby? Are they every...

Wifi at any SW parks yet?

Upcoming trip in Nov, and Dh is concerned about being out of touch for our 3 days at SeaWorld parks (SW, DC and AQ) Is there still no wifi available? Found old posts complaining of this, but nothing recent. Hoping things have changed??? We're travelling from Canada, and thinking of just...

Trying to come up with plan for MVMCP

Thanks for the replies everyone! I will change our plan to not include the Jingle Cruise on the party night - we have one other full day planned at MK, so we can probably take it in then without wasting valuable 'party' time. Glad to hear so many other Diser's will be there! Keep an eye...

Trying to come up with plan for MVMCP

We will be attending MVMCP for the first time on Nov. 16, and because I am a compulsive planner, I'm trying to come up with a plan. First question (might be totally subjective) - should we use this opportunity of perhaps lower crowds to try and ride SDMT and for dd to see Anna and Elsa...

No car - how to get from Universal to Busch Gardens?

We'd like to add the Busch Gardens option to our Discovery Cove tickets for our November trip, but we won't have a car, so may have to rely on the "complimentary transport shuttle" or whatever they call it, from Universal. I've read a few reports that say the shuttle doesn't get you in until a...

Refillable "mugs" - just beating the dead horse a little more....

Ok, sorry to all you experts for asking this question, as it has been asked time and time again on these boards, but just trying to make sure I understand. 2 years ago we bought some red plastic cup things with a white screw on top and a bendy straw sticking out the top and were told it would...

    FP+ trying to understand....

This one has probably been asked over and over, but my searches return so many very very long threads I decided to ask again: If I hold 3 prebooked FP+ for DHS : TSMM, ToT and Star Tours, I cannot get anymore in-park FP+'s until I have used all 3 of the prebooked FP's, right? If so, then my...

    Running at AoA

Dh is a runner, and is looking to keep in shape while at WDW (apparently my proposition of walking 15 miles a day and living on Dole Whips and Turkey Legs is not enough for him!!) I see a running path on the map for AoA, but where exactly does it go?? Does it loop anywhere, or will he just...

Can I do early check in at AoA?

We are staying at AoA in November, transferring from Universal to WDW, so we will be checking out of our Universal hotel by 11, and then heading straight to AoA, so we will arrive long before normal check in time. If there isn't a way to check in early, do you think they would stow our bags...
