Head over to Poly for Captain Cook's or WL for Roaring Forks! You could also hit the Contempo for Contempo Cafe. All easy to get to with good food! I'd opt for Roaring Forks because I love the boat ride.

I agree with OP, ensure you are early for your BOG ADR, and you should be okay. As long as you don't linger too long over you meal and hustle over to GF, I think you'll be okay! I would be sure to tell the CM at check in that you're on a tight schedule to make your cruise reservation.

I don't know that I've ever seen the entire menu posted online. It changes frequently, and there are loads and loads of options. As OPs have said, there are cold cuts, mac and cheese, rolls, fruit, and loads of desserts. I also wouldn't be surprised if Disney catered to his every whim and...
