We're surprising the kids with a SUPER quick trip Jan 3-6. I KNOW it's going to be insanely busy, but I got a STEAL on the Hilton next to the convention center ($69/night!!!!) and I want to take them before all the Christmas decor is gone. We're going to add Maxpass to our passes before that...
I wonder if getting separate tickets then using them to upgrade/renew your passes at the end of the trip would be something you could do? That way you're not losing out on the money toward the tickets but you could still go in while blocked out?
I’m trying to see if a quick 2 day trip Jan 4-5 would still be decorated. My 4 year old opened the magazine we got with the pictures of the castle and IASW decorated and nearly had a heart attack. I’d love to get her there to see it. (We have deluxe AP’s that are unblocked on the 3rd). I’m aware...
It was at the end of the day. She wasn't acting sick or anything but had shown disinterest in the ride before...it was a 30 minute wait so I think she got herself worked up. Once we got off the ride, she was totally fine, but since I hadn't brought clothes for myself, we just left for the day. I...
It was only 4-5 miles away, on Beach Blvd. But by the time we got off the ride, walked to the trams, waited for the trams, got off the trams and up the escalators to the car and out of the structure and drove there it was an hour of smelling awful. :(
Our last trip solidified my decision to stay near the crosswalk from now on as well...My 4 year old got scared on pirates and threw up in the boat- and all over me. I had a change of clothes for HER but nothing for myself so we had to head back to the hotel- and I got to smell like barf for...
Hubs has class at the beginning of March at USC...I want to come to Disneyland but I HATE driving in LA...is there a train that goes from USC to Disneyland? I think a taxi would be insanely expensive. Other options? It would just be me while he's at school.
We drove 9 hours today only to find out about the fire as we got into town. We were going to surprise the kids Wednesday and Thursday. I haven’t purchased tickets yet, I was going to get them tomorrow night. Our other option is Universal Studios, we’ll go get season passes at Costco tomorrow...
Thank you! We're not hopping...it's an extra $300 which isn't in the budget. Peter Pan is perfect. Everyone likes that one and because we will miss Magic Morning, the line will already be super long.
We have an email to take to city hall that will give us 2 "re-admission passes" to be used on any attraction except World of Color, Fantasmic!, Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission Breakout!, Frozen – Live
at the Hyperion, and Character meet and greets.
We are going for ONE day. Thursday. No...
We're doing a super budget trip, if I can pull enough $$ aside, I'm hoping to eat one meal in the park the one day we're there. We have 4 kids, but my 2 oldest eat adult meals. They love Rancho Del Zocolo, but I'm wondering if we're missing something amazing somewhere else.
We're going to the Aquabats concert Friday night, so Thursday really is the only day we can go...plus Friday is a Halloween Party and we'd get booted early anyway. Magic Morning starts at 7 AM so HOPEFULLY that will mean the 8 AM opening won't be terrible, but it is what it is. When we went in...
