Hi! I'm looking for insight from experienced cruisers with toddlers.
This is our third Disney Cruise, during our second cruise DD was 14 months and a bear during the first seating. Each night one of us had to step away to tend to her for the meal.
Fast forward, we're sailing again and now DD...
The offerings change based on the casting cycles. The best thing to do is watch for photos from the week or two before your cruise, that will give you the best insight to who you'll see.
Depending on when in August you go - there's also characters at both parks. I'm not sure if it matters for you or the kids, but TL has Lilo and Stitch (Lilo is only available at 'Ohana outside of the summer) and BB has Kristoff and Olaf (this is Kristoff's only M&G at WDW).

Animal Kingdom: Doc and Rafiki
Magic Kingdom: Country Bears

We ate there exactly a week ago tonight.
Our reservation was at 4:30, we were sat about 4:40, and the Beast didn't show up for his first greeting until 5:00. At each of his entrances there is an announcement and he strolls through each of the dining areas to do a drive by wave to the Guests. We...
