The offerings change based on the casting cycles. The best thing to do is watch for photos from the week or two before your cruise, that will give you the best insight to who you'll see.

Depending on when in August you go - there's also characters at both parks. I'm not sure if it matters for you or the kids, but TL has Lilo and Stitch (Lilo is only available at 'Ohana outside of the summer) and BB has Kristoff and Olaf (this is Kristoff's only M&G at WDW).

The only one missing from the list above is Doc McStuffins. DAK is notorious for unadvertised sets outside the park entrance, known as the Oasis. There you MIGHT find the Br'ers, characters from Pocahontas, Thumper, or Miss Bunny.

We've been to all 5 - menu is essentially the same with different themed desserts and slight variations on seasonal items.
