Welcome back Med cruisers.....please post any tip you think we should know before sailing in Europe. We have read about the VAT tax - which we knew nothing about - so thanks for the post. But what other tips do you have for us? Anything we should know about the boat, the ports, in general...

Has anyone seen any med cruise menu's posted anywhere? For those who just sailed the med - how does the rotation work? Do you rotate daily amoung the three restaurants? Can someone post their rotation and tell us which was your favorite dinner?

I have read you can exchange the U.S. Dollar for Euros on board at guest services - and if you keep your receipt - can exchange the money back if you didn't use it all..... My question is aside from a potential lower exchange rate from a bank - does Disney charge fee's for the money...
