Is the Breakfast Lasagna still served at the Crystal Palace?

The dining plan states that you get a single drink with a counter service meal, but a friend told me that she was able to get 2 orange juice with breakfast when she went a few years ago. What is correct and what are your other choices for drinks at breakfast? Thanks.
