I had the rack of lamb to BoG last Christmas and it was fantastic. The herb crust was not too over powering and it was cooked to perfection, medium rare. Whilst I haven't had the lamb at Akershus I had the braised pork a few years back and it was tough, like chewing on old leather boots.

Happy mother's day to all the mums out there especially to my mum and DW. DW did the mother's day 8km fun run this morning. We welcomed her home with a nice brunch and plenty of presents.

One of the best experiences I have had in the USA was in Washington DC. We did a Segway tour around the city visiting all the memorials and famous landmarks including the White House and Congress. We stayed out in Georgetown which was sensational with a strip of nice little restaurants and bars.

Really jealous. Being outside the US we don't get our MB until we arrive at the resort. :confused3:confused3:confused3

We have 3 weeks to go before we arrive at YC on the 4th December for 7 days and then a further 7 days at WL. Prior to arriving we get to enjoy 4 nights at DL. This will allow us to recover from our 15 hour flight from Melbourne. Love the fact we arrive in the US before we leave Australia...

Thanks for the feedback. Will cross fingers and see what happens. Worse case is we have to check-in again when we get there. We had to get Disney It guys to fix our MDE so we could do Fastpass+ reservations and customise our Magic Bands. Still having an issue with 2 out of our 3 reservations.
