with 3 kids, I don't think you'll be able to book a single value room when your youngest is much older. For us the larger accommodations and very few rooms Disney has for families of 5 was a deciding factor. Good Luck

What? Whenever I come across one of your posts, BDE, I scratch my head. You always seem to end up saying well that's what I think and therefore I'm right according to my point of view. While I don't always agree w Dean, I respect his knowledge and attempts to help.

We love the DVC HHI resort. Atmosphere is relaxed, CMs are the absolute best that Disney has. Lots of great activities on a daily basis. Easy enough to get to the beach. It has the most Welcome Home feel as any DVC IMO.

There are some of us that figured out Disney was a good deal without the formal analysis. Others could care less and yet to others, no analysis will yield a positive reason to buy DVC. However you get here, if you decided to buy, and if you are happy that you did and remain happy that you did...
