What do you make with your immersion blender?

Mine doesn't have any attachments, so I will most likely be sticking to soups and smoothies. I don't usually use frozen fruit, just whatever fresh is on hand. I guess what I make is more of a "fruitshake".

What do you make with your immersion blender?

I just bought a Cuisinart Smart Stick (love the 20% coupon from Bed, Bath & Beyond :thumbsup2) mostly to use for soups and smoothies. I'm wondering what else I can do without running the risk of burning out the motor. What does everyone use theirs for?

Have we just given up on proper English?

I saw that ad and I interpreted it as being a play off the line from the movie Ghostbusters..."Who you gonna call?"

can you use a Walgreen's gift card to buy a Disney gift card??

Yep...it totally depends on the store and/or cashier. I tried to use a MyPoints Walgreens GC to purchase a Disney GC at my neighborhood Walgreens and was told by the cashier that it couldn't be used. A few days later, I tried at another Walgreens and they said that it was no problem. I...

Lodging in West Yellowstone, MT &/or Jackson, WY

Bummer about Buckrail Lodge. Another place that we were considering was the Antler Inn. It was reasonably priced, located right off the main square and the reviews on TA were favorable. I remember them being very friendly when I spoke to them on the phone. Good luck! :goodvibes

Lodging in West Yellowstone, MT &/or Jackson, WY

We just stayed at the Buckrail Lodge while in Jackson. It was a terrific, cute place within walking distance from the main Town Square. Below is their website, and you can also read many reviews on the lodge at tripadvisor.com http://www.buckraillodge.com/index.htm We flew in & out of...

If you are doing My POINTS

Thanks for your response, Peggster. But since my computer is through work, I must keep Safari as my browser. Since Safari doesn't support the toolbar, do you know if I can still accumulate points by clicking thru e-mails (minus the toolbar)? If so, how then will I be able to see my point...

If you are doing My POINTS

I now have a MacBook with Safari and can no longer use my MyPoints toolbar.:sad1: Does anyone with a Mac know if I can still click through my MyPoints e-mails or am I out of luck completely?

    July 2012 Car Rentals

I found them either on carrentalsavers.com or mousesavers.com (through their link to rental cars). I tried many different combinations of codes, most of which didn't work in Wyoming, so I'm not exactly sure which one gave me the best deal. I hope that you can find something that works for you. :)

    July 2012 Car Rentals

I'm a 1st time renter working hard on my July quote and boy has it been exhausting! Our rental is for a mid-size SUV for 9 days in Wyoming. Finally, the coupons fit our dates and our price has gone down. My National rental went from $947 yesterday to $529 today, but I still hope to do...

Quick question.. If you book online (room only)...

Yes, you are correct on this. We usually go ahead and pay it off before arrival; however, last year I waited and paid the balance using my card loaded with my "Dream Rewards" dollars from my Chase Disney Visa.

Getting around AKL from a pool view room ?

We personally prefer Zebra Trail because, although the hallway is long, it has windows on either side (left views out over a Savannah and you see animals, while right views out over the pool). It makes for a lovely walk back and forth to your room! :thumbsup2

Can someone explain why aluminum foil is so damn expensive?

Only Santa will buy razor refills for my DH...I make him use disposable. :guilty:

    July 2012 Car Rentals

I would give anything for a rate of $500. Our BEST rate is still $960 for a compact SUV July 10-19 in Wyoming...$615 off airport. Any codes that I'm finding are only good on rentals through 6/23. :sad2:

What Are You Reading Right Now? Part II (Incomplete book list in 1st post)

I'm just beginning Great Expectations by Charles Dickens and it's giving me a fit because the text is so small. :3dglasses Next on the list is Major Pettigrew's Last Stand by Helen Simonson, which I'm really looking forward to.

    Booking with PinCode Online

If you received your pin code by postcard, then it will give you a different address to go to online (not the regular disney.go....). Once you follow that address to the opening page, it will ask for you to enter your pin code and zipcode and then confirm your home address. From there you can...
