If DHS is open until 8pm, what time do the Osborne lights typically stay on until? Also, will they allow you to enter the Osborne lights area after 8pm if you are already in the theme park? Or do they block off the entrance as they would the entrance to a ride after 8pm?

Last time we were there, the lifeguard in the kiddie pool area was very strict about who was/wasn't allowed. Sadly it all depends on who's there. Some days/times he/she might not be allowed in depending on who is "in charge" for that time period.

I was able to get a better deal through cheaptickets.com than the passholder rate. Also, they had rooms/dates available that WDW CR did not have available. I have never experienced that before. Just as WDW coming out with general public rates before AP rates. Times are changing I guess...
