It does sound like alot of people will be there, but a busy day in WDW is better than no day at WDW!! I'm not going to worry about something that can't be controlled (just like the weather) and will enjoy our short trip (Oct 24-28th):figment:

I don't have any real Disney characters to add to this, but a man dressed as "Death" popped into some of our pictures at the party last year... It was rather creepy in a funny way.

We always request Tokelau--3rd floor. It's by the quiet pool and is an easy walk to the Great Ceremonial House and TTC. One of our favorite things is strolling around at night when the tiki torches are burning. It's a nice, relaxing way to end a busy Disney day. :stitch:

I bought my daughter's cake at Boardwalk Bakery - really cute (shaped like a Mickey head) and tasty too! I did pick it up and take it back to our hotel. Also, all the restaurants we ate at gave us a cake or free dessert for her! Disney did good for her special day!
