AGREED! We have to book our rooms 11 months out, our dining 6 months out and our FPs 2 months out. You would think they could get us the info on our "perks" in time to actually plan around them.

We ate at Carthy Circle last July and were seated on the outside patio in the evening ~ it was lovely, with a nice breeze. When speaking to the CM, they don't usually use the outside seating area for lunch.

Sadly, they removed the segment before Thanksgiving last year. We were hoping it was a temporary removal, but when we returned around Christmas it was still gone.
