It is my understanding that once you have "paid in full" you cannot apply any codes. I could be wrong, so if someone knows better, please correct me!

We are booked for December '09 (12/4-12/13) at the Poly, so a code would sure help out! :santa:

I did this. I went to Disney.com and priced my package. I called CRO & booked it for that identical price. The following day, I called AAA (yesterday) and the Dec '09 package prices were literally *just* released, so I booked the package through them. Therefore, I was definitely comparing...

I booked over the phone. I've never been able to book online, in fact, the website says you have to speak directly to an agent, even just to get prices, etc. I'm not sure if that's just a New York thing or an AAA thing.

I just booked a Dec '09 trip through AAA about 1/2 hour ago. The agent told me the Dec 09 package rates *just* came out today. HTH!

I was told that YES you could with a couple of caveats, that I think also apply to booking through Disney as well. The caveats are: the "code" dates must be for the same dates as your reservation, there must be rooms still available under the promotion code, and your balance can't be paid in...

I had a reservation thru Disney, and just changed over to AAA. 12/4/09 - 12/13-09 2 Adults, 1 Child (10 yrs) Polynesian => Garden View 10 Park Hopper Passes (3 adults) Basic Dining Package (3 adults) $5,055.30 That was a savings of $539.28 compared to the Disney reservation.

I believe those dates are for 2008, which does hold to the 1st Friday in December theory, however, I'm curious about 2009. I've checked back to 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, and it was always started the 1st Friday of Dec, even if that meant it was Dec 1st. It appears that it will be that way in...

I've read that "traditionally" WDW begins filiming the the Christmas Parade the 1st Friday in December, and continues that Sat & Sun. I know it's a guess at this point, but do you think that the filiming for 2009 would begin on Fri. 12/1. It seems a bit early, but I am really, really hoping...

BLECH! The weather really was not as nice as it should have been, however, given what was causing the yucky weather, it sure could have been a lot worse! There was a tropical storm (Noel) just hanging around the Bahamas, which caused lots of rain & wind for the majority of our trip. However...

The pool was pretty warm, yet refreshing, except for Friday, 11/2...the water was FREEZING that day!

Ohhh....I finally get to post some pictures here, as we just returned a couple of days ago! Gotta luv the castle!
