Do they do refills? I was behind a lady who was asking for a refill and they CM informed her they did not do refills anymore.

It's going to be a tight fit on The Mummy, my good friend. You should be able to get by though. Have a good time - Universal is a great place!

Victoria Beckham could have gotten off PoTC, right in the middle of the ride, and felt quite at home me thinks.

As others have said....the 2008 Unofficial Guide is by far the best Disneyland guide I've ever read, and I've read close to all of them.

Get there a bit earlier than the normal 10 minutes and if you don't mind waiting for a bit, they should be able to accommodate your party if its 4 or under. I didn't see any parties bigger than that right by the water. As far as what section? I felt that anywhere near the water was really nice...

I know I'm way late on this one but I don't think it's selfish whatsoever. My gf and I are planning a trip to the park soon without my 12 yr old. He's totally ok with it & didn't give me a problem when I told him he'd be staying with his grandma for the weekend we have planned.

I've always loved Mr. Toad's. I'm taking my 12 year old to DL on Thursday and he's never ridden it. He's pretty excited.

Is the ride really that prone to breaking down? I'm seeing way too many reports of people having had this happen to them. I'm having second thoughts about going on this next year since I'm not exactly thrilled of heights to begin with.

Sheraton Universal is the nearest hotel to the theme park. Pretty nice hotel too. Don't know if you'd be able to get a room this weekend but it's worth checking out. There's also a Holiday Inn Universal that's less than a mile away that offers a free shuttle to the park.
