    The Famous Monte Cristo Sandwich

It is currently only served at Disneyland at the Blue Bayou for lunch or at the Cafe Orleans. WDW does not have it at any of the restaurants.

Does Blue Bayou still have its old desserts?

I believe they don't serve the cookie boat due to an issue with the sugar sails.

Planning a Christmas Trip to Disneyland

If you plan on going on Xmas day, just make sure you are there at opening! It will get really crowded as the day goes by when all the locals start showing up. We did Xmas in 07 and mornings were great, but late afternoons, evenings and all the way to closing was extremely crowded. But it is...

How Busy is DL for July 4th Week

You have to remember that DLR usually has more locals and when the holidays come, so do the locals, I would think it will be fine until around noon or 1 and then it will be crowded evening to close.

NO parades, No shows , No Fireworks

DL is considered a Local's park, majority of the visitors are from the local vacinity. Plus DLR is not as large as WDW so not as much planning is really needed. Historically 4-6 weeks prior to date the schedule is updated.
