Hi Bella, I booked for April 2010 for myself and DS8. We just returned from the Galapagos islands (with Tauck Bridges) and DS wasn't ready for "another big trip". April works for us because he will be 10 by then and this week is Spring Break for him. Even though it is still over a year away...

Booked for Australia, but not going til 2010. Trying to give my child a chance to get another 1 1/2 under his belt. He will be 10 at that time. :thumbsup2

Thanks for the info. We just returned from the Galapagos and he did really well, but the longest flight was only 5 hours. 30 hours is a big difference. Will check out your trip report asap. Thanks again.

Looking at going to Australia 2010. My DS would be 10 by then and I was wondering if anyone with children that young have done the Aussie trip and how did the kids hold up? Especially that long, long flight!! Any info appreciated.

Does anyone remember when they posted the new adventures last year? July or August? DS and I will be in South America from July 26th-August 2nd and I am worried about missing the early booking dates for the new trips that will be posted. :scared:

Hi Pixmaus, I booked around the beginning of August and received my packet yesterday also. It had the travel agreement and the new 2008 brochure in it. Hope this helps.

I've been to Ireland once, but would love to go back. DS (7) wanted to see London/Paris so we are booked for August, 2008. Reading about your trip makes me wish I could have talked him into Ireland instead. I'm hoping that they will still be offering this in 2009...I really think he would...

Quest for the West definitely seems to be one of the more popular trips. Was thinking about going 2009 when DS was a little older...will have to make sure I book very early!! :idea:

Maybe it won't be that way...cause I'm pretty sure I'm going on one of the more popular trips by reading other posts. I noticed that they did offer an early booking discount on it for 2007 so I'll keep my fingers crossed for 2008. :worried:
