you can "replenish" at each stop with 6 beer or 2 bottles of wine, per guest in stateroom over 21. Hard alcohol will be held until disembarkation.

There is a spot at the end of of the online reservation request that allows for special notes if memory serves... We did this regarding some dietary restrictions that were quite detailed and we know they read the notes... so I would put it there!
