disneyhutson...if you want a AP band only, yes you have to wait to activate your pass, but like erionm said you can use your hotel reservation band or you can order one for $12.95

Bluecruiser....you cannot use the number on the back of the plastic card...you have to use your confirmation number on the paperwork. I tried the same thing then realized I needed to use the confirmation number and it worked perfectly. Also you cannot order a Magic Band for your Annual Pass...
