Is anyone else having trouble cashing in your awardmiles? I have enough for a $25 certificate but every time I click "continue" it sends me to the home page instead. My sister has enough for a $50 certificate and is having the same problem.

I have every category checked in my mypoints account but have never gotten a drugstore.com email. I use drugstore.com from time to time. Wonder why everyone doesn't get these emails?
