BTW - what did you use to soak off the labels? I tried soaking them in hot water and Dawn - but no luck! I'm going to paint some designs on them and gift as tea light candle holders for Christmas. Thanks!

    Hand Wipes?

what about the "baby care stations" in the parks. We bought some cornstarch powder from the one in MK and it looked like they had a variety of care items so I'm thinking they might have sanitizer wipes of some sort.

    Bounceback for 2 rooms

I booked two rooms on a bounce back and made one in my name, and the other directly in my son's name (for he and his girlfriend). I just gave them my address for both rooms so I could handle the ressies. We had no problems doing this - so I would think you could do this as well and not have...

One night near Disney Springs and.....

Another possibility are the various hotels/motels along Palm Parkway - Hilton Garden Inn for one - it's free parking, no resort fees and Palm Parkway is a super easy and quick drive to Disney Springs and Universal - you don't even have to get on I-4.

Califorian Grill: no ADR able to eat at bar/counter?

Yep - I agree with pp. We always go as soon as it opens. There are great little tables right by the window that are first come first serve. We usually spend an hour or so just having appetizers and watching the "world" go by from that vantage point - it is really relaxing and worth the time...

I thought about it and I am not comfortable

Another suggestion - let your family member look at the on-line menus for some of the table service locations ya'll are interested in - then which ever ones appeal to him/her - make your ADRs at those and like other posters have said note the special GF requirement on the ressie.

Table service places - walk in

If it's just you and hubby then you have options in Epcot - world showcase - Morocco at both table service locations, in Italy at Tutto Gusto for sure (cause they don't take ressies), Tokyo Dining never has a crowd . California Grill vs Narcoossee's

I say go to Narcoosee's for the fireworks - we've never had a bad meal there - BUT make plans to drop in at Cali Grill one afternoon around 5 o'clock - w/o reservation - you can get a great table for 2 by the window in the lounge area - have an app and cocktail and enjoy the view for a while -...

    Flying Fish or Jiko?

Just got back yesterday - and FWIW - FF was the WORST MEAL of our 6 days:( - service was excellent - but the steak and fish were a big disappointment. In the boardwalk area - how about Blue Zoo - or Shula's? both good candidates for romance/date night and a stroll around the boardwalk.

    Pool Towels at POP

If you have room in your suitcase - I'd suggest packing beach towels - we found that the room towels are not big enough and the material too thin. We brought our beach towels and enjoyed having a full length towel to lay on the lounger - and brought a garbage bag to put them in if they were...

    Traveling between resorts question

I'd say catch the first bus that comes - doesn't matter which park it's going to - and then go directly to the spot for AOA bus and catch it - if you must use Disney transport :teacher: For ease and quickness - I'd say taxi is easier - shouldn't cost that much - and may be worth it for sake...
