Odds Of Getting Walk-Up MNSSHP Tickets?

My daughter and grandson are going Sunday the 22nd. My son decided to join them and it's sold out. My daughter kept calling and last Saturday she was able to purchase him a ticket. So now they will be going together. I'd say just keep checking

    Orlando Real Estate Question

When looking at homes in FL, watch out for what FL calls older homes. Insurance companies give you headaches when trying to insure them. My home was built in 89 and it's "old". Also even on newer homes, check the age of the roof (do not purchase if over 10 yrs old), age of AC unit and some...

    Bonnet Creek tower 1 Rooms

Yes, all the units have balconies. By the way, while there may be several Hotels with "Bonnet Creek", you did a great job explaining which one. Only one of them have numbered Tower's. I don't get while others didn't pick the Tower 1 part up.

Paying for home owners insurance in Florida

I think you misunderstood my comment. I didn't expect insurance to cover wear and tear. What I didn't "expect" was to be told by the insurance company that in order for them to continue to insure my home, I was expected to replace a roof that did not have any damage. My roof wasn't damaged in a...

Paying for home owners insurance in Florida

I have family who live in NY. They can't believe what we pay for insurance. My home is only insured for $258,000 too.. it's a small home. Market value is more now but I'm not touching my insurance

Paying for home owners insurance in Florida

Doesn't matter here in FL. I haven't had an auto claim since 2017 and have been with Allstate since 1986. I had Allstate for homeowners in FL since Jan 1991 but after Charley hit us here they dropped me ( did have 1 claim). I was picked up by St. John's. That company went belly up and Slide...

Paying for home owners insurance in Florida

Fl insurance rates have nearly doubled and tripled in the last 3 years! My car insurance went from $1200 for 2 cars to over $2,000. My homeowners went from $1900 to over $4,000 and had to replace my roof at my expense. Prior to replacing the roof (saved 400) and upping my regular deductible...

Paying for home owners insurance in Florida

I had to replace my 17 yr old roof, absolutely nothing wrong with it, to keep my policy. I saved $400 a year. I'm still paying over $4,000. That's not with the new Ian increase. I understand we are now looking at a 40% increase in premiums. I'm in Lee County where Ian hit. I opted to pay out...

    Petty Zoo

Thank you for the hours, that definitely helps! Yes, you are right about booking morning of. Duh.. I did not think of that. There probably would be a time slot. I was concentrating on night before for Chef Mickey that it didn't cross my mind for day of for TE. I figured just do walk up. Thank you

    Petty Zoo

Reason we are going to do walk up and not reservations is because we are actually hoping to get last minute reservations for Chef Mickey. I know sometimes the day/night before a reservation will pop up. If we book TE, then we have to cancel it and it may be too late to cancel. Gone are the...

    Petty Zoo

I should correct myself. I call it the petting zoo because it's over where it was but it's the horses. They use to let you walk through to see them. Do they still allow that? I know it was stopped for a while. Have they started the pony rides back up?? Yes I know they allow you to park with...

    Petty Zoo

Can anyone please tell me if the petty zoo ever opened back up? Also wondering if we don't have priority seating for Teails End, will we be allowed to park to attempt a walk in? Last time we tried, we were turned away. We will be staying at Bonnet Creek, not at a Disney Resort. Going this...

Are you considering not renewing your Annual Pass?

I have had an annual since 1995. It expired in May and I did not renew. I am taking a break to see if things change. I am tired of paying to be able to go when ever but when ever now has reservations. I am tired of paying full price for the full experience but not getting it. My time and my...
