    Run out?

We will be at WDW during the lat week of the Food/Wine Festival. I’ve never been and am concerned that some booths will have closed or be out of stock of many items. Do they? Hopefully you’ll understand what I’m asking.

    DAS needed?

I don’t want to take advantage of the program but if can help…. I have RA and my wheelchair will be adequate for that but now I have spotty control of bowel and bladder. If I had the money...

I would set up a home that gives respite to parents of medically fragile children. Adequate nursing, doctor on staff 24/7, oxygen and wall suction in every room. Parents only need to provide the child’s devices such as ventilators etc, formula (if required) needed for length of stay. There would...

I use a fold and go for any long distance walking or standing. Also I’m just learning to use it. Since it has no key how do you prevent theft when on an attraction?

    What qualifies?

I would hesitate to use a scooter. You have no control over those around him and it seems that people with perfect vision have problems with that.

    Options for Older Child

What if you made a deal with your daughter? You bring a wheelchair but she doesn’t have to use it unless she decides it’s necessary. Makes a great carryall for your stuff until then.

We will be coming with our own manual chair. I’m planning on my daughter and me trading off (I have RA and she’s a major escape risk) there will be a second adult. If need be can we share?

    Various questions

Several things that I’m hoping one of you may have solved. 1) we’re flying with a formula fed, diapered older child. Which did you find overall best? Packing the diapers and food which will surely be overweight and I fear them being lost? Buying from a DME from the area (diapers acceptable...
