Mama Melrose is really good. But if you want some good entertainment as well, go with 50's Prime Time Cafe in MGM. Some other good ones are Rainforest Cafe (right outside Animal Kingdom) and the Canadian resturaunt in Epcot (I can't think of it's name right now).
