You actually do not need to be a Guest of the Disneyland Resort. Anyone can book this one day excursion by calling the Adventures By Disney Concierge Team. Pick up and drop off is at the Grand Californian Hotel. Adventure begins at 8:30 AM and returns to the resort at approximately 7:30 PM.

For 2011, 3-Day Park Hopper Tickets will be offered. In the past 4-Day Park Tickets were offered, however this will be discontinued for 2011, since the last day is considered the departure day.

Is breakfast at Club 33 included?

I spoke to someone at the Reservation Center and they said that this is new for 2010. All photos and the slideshow come on one disc. This is awesome!

Has anyone recently come back from an adventure? You now get all of the photos that your Adventure Guides take and don't have to pay for them. How cool is that?!?

Quick question. I don't understand why everyone is saying that there is not an early booking discount. I called to make our reservation for 2010 and the agent said that I got the best price because I booked early. The longer I wait, the higher the price. Isn't that getting an "early booking...

I have stayed at the El Tovar and the furnishing are similiar to the Thunderbird. I just wanted to add that the El Tovar can't accommodate families well. They have approximately 70 rooms and very few rooms that have more than one bed. They also don't have very many rooms that are connecting...

Who did you call?

We did this trip this year. It is the way to go. We had such a fantastic time! I wouldn't worry about the cancellations. I wouldn't live my life .. wondering. Just do it!

We did the Germany trip last year. There is no way that you'll be able to recreate the same experience. This was the BEST vacation ever!

Do you really think that Disney is the only company that cancels their trips if only a handful of people are booked? Everyone probably does this.

What is the elevation where you live?

Maybe the Germany trip would be better suited?

I have been to all of the areas that the Alpine Magic trip goes to. She shouldn't have any trouble with altitude sickness there. That is .. unless you go to the top of the Matterhorn :)

Out of curiosity, did you speak with someone upon your return about your disappointment? You said it fell on deaf ears .. who did you talk to? I can't imagine that they wouldn't listen to your concerns.
