So now after Riviera, OKW has the highest dues of the DW resorts. This year’s large increase was not due to taxes or capital reserves but mostly due to members annual dues assessment or operating expenses. It went from $4.66 in 2019 to $5.17 in 2020. This follows the large increase in 2019 as well.

Over the last two years, I’ve been wondering if universal might look to start their own vacation club??? And, I’m curious if Disney vacation club members would be interested in universal’s club, or if it would a different sub group all together? I know land or lack of is an issue though.

Bought in 1993. No regrets at all. Most importantly, DVC helped insure that we took a vacation every year and they turned out to be great. I firmly believe without DVC there would have been years with no vacation. Would’ve been lost time that could never be gained back.

520 points. We started in 1993 with OKW now also own BCV. We mostly stay in a 1 BR. Always take a 5 N winter trip and 5 N fall trip for F & W, while mixing in a summer quick getaway. So if we add another 79 points we're still not in the addicted category? Good to know.
