Help me decide = QSDP or OOP

Re: bulky foods to fill up - the Asian Salad at ABC Commissary was GREAT!! A very generous portion of greens, edamame, crunchy noodles and dressing. I ate that for lunch one day and it really filled me up! (and I am normally a huge meat eater!!) I liked the Noodle Bowl at the Poly's CS - lots of...

Help me decide = QSDP or OOP

I went through that dilemma also - whether to get QSDP, Regular DP or just pay OOP. Since most of our TS reservations were for breakfast, along with one lunch and one dinner, I opted to go with OOP. I would have to pay OOP for at least one meal with either dining plan purchased (or eat in the...

    Princess Aurora at charactermeals?

She was at Akershus last Monday (along with Snow White, Belle, Ariel and Cinderella). We also saw her at the Storybook Princess Theatre next to Tony's Town Square on Wednesday.

    Chef Mickey's

I just ate there for the first time on Wednesday. I loooooved it!! Thought the food was yummy and plenty of it! The coffee totally sucks but it does everywhere at Disney! I'm pretty sure there is crack in those donut bites because I could have eaten a whole bowl full and am STILL daydreaming...

Official Breast Feeding Support Thread for WDW Parks

We came home on Friday. I nursed at: entrance to RnR (sat on the landscape wall), inside Innoventions (ahhhh...chairs in a dark, cool spot!), Chef Mickey's, Cosmic Ray's, Tusker House, Beauty and the Beast show, and I think that's it. We went back for naps, and she is 26 months, so only every...

Is the DDP REALLY a value...I think not!

I just got back yesterday from a 5 night stay. We did not purchase the Disney Dining Plan since we were mainly eating breakfast/lunch TS, and our 2 year old eats free at the buffets/AYCE places. I sat down today and added up all our receipts. We saved a grand total of.... are you ready...

Anyone drive from Texas to Disney World?

Howdy!! ;) We should have a WDW meetup here in town! Re: budget - once gas started creeping up, I said if I could find airfare for $800 or under we would fly. I figured we would spend at least $400 on gas, possibly more if really high prices. Add in food for four days driving (at least $150...

So many questions!! Infant, Tickets, First time Trip, packing!

If you'll have a rental car, I would just stop at a store on the way to the resort instead of shipping stuff down. We're doing a towncar service instead of DME partly so we can stop by the store for diapers/wipes which are really heavy to pack or ship!

So many questions!! Infant, Tickets, First time Trip, packing!

Are you driving or flying? That can affect your packing strategy. Sure, go ahead and call to make sure it's noted on your reservation that you need the PnP and fridge. You can also check at checkin and if they don't have it already, they can probably arrange it soon after that. I recommend...

    OT- Womens Bathing Suit

My favorite suits are from Lands' End. I think they even have a high-waist version of a tankini bottom this year, so you might check it out! You can also get some of the tops in Long. Or maybe look at their swimdresses? Be sure to check with your local Sears store to see if they take returns...

Food Courts..Small Jellies or Cream Cheese?

Have any of you ever watched Better Off Ted? This thread is like the episode where the female character steals the coffee creamer and then sits in front of the paper towel dispenser waving her hand every second. Just because it is not posted against or prevented physically does not make it...
