I agree! Pack essentials in your carry on! On one of our trips our luggage got sent to the wrong hotel...it took over 6 hours for them to find it!!!! They did allow us to purchase things at the gift shop (tooth brushes, etc.) and re-imbursed us for them...but it was extremely inconvenient!
