    Character Meals

I thought the lockers there were out of service... at least they seemed to be in the spring when we were there. Do you think I could drop it with guest services... as they also might have a place near by to change?

    Character Meals

Also forgot to ask... My Daughter wants to wear her Cinderella dress for the dinner, and as it is not weather proofed very well, it is going to be the undertaking to run her back to the hotel, change, eat, then back to the hotel again to get back into warmer clothes. Any advice on how to ease...

    Questions regarding Sequoia Lodge

We are checking in to the Sequoia on Nov 18- and when I called to make my reservations last week, the rep told me the pool was going to be closed. You might want to call and find out if it is going to be open during your stay.

    Good Morning Fantasyland Breakfast.

We are booked for the 18th of November... When I called- I was told that at that point they will not be doing the GMFL Breakfast. I do not know when it ends- but I am getting the sneaking feeling it is going out with the Halloween season... :confused3

Is this going to be a problem??

How weird. First time we went, they asked for our passports at the hotel (Santa Fe) for check in. When we went the last time, we stayed at the Elysee, and they didn't.... Just in case next time, I will keep the passports closer to the top of my bag for check in.

    Help from the DLP experts--

Gina- seeing you are in Vermont- I can offer an American view, if it helps. I have to agree with the others on a lot of points. Having been to Anaheim since I was a little kid, things are different than stateside.... But it is the most beautiful park. The amount of time and detail put into...

Leaving in 2 Days, Quick Question!

If you booked it through Disney, than breakfast is included in the cost- When you go down to eat, they will check your name on a list to make sure you are a Disney guest. People staying in the hotel who are not on a Disney Package have to pay for breakfast. You should take your letter for...

More hotel angst! Sorry: long one!

Have to agree with that one... The second is easier for many reasons, one of which being you are much better prepared and know what to expect, what to panic over and what not to... getting them on a schedule asap is key. And DLH is a dream of mine too- out of my reach for the time being. Our...

How To Avoid Culture Shock at DLP

We were far worse about buying stuff than the kids... they had a few select things they wanted, and were rather one track minded about them. I wanted a ton of stuff from every shop! :) The 15th anniversary stuff is wonderful! I makes a nice addition to go with my 50th anniversary stuff from...

Airport question: IAD Dulles to CDG Paris

An hour might work... if you are not travelling with little ones who have short legs and don't have to run between gates... It will be cutting close. If anything is running late getting into Dulles, you could hit snags. Very often International gates are in a different place than domestic gates...

How To Avoid Culture Shock at DLP

Being one of those token Americans, I can see both sides. I have been here in Europe for over 5 years. DLP is so pretty! Last time I was in Anaheim, I was amazed at the lack of trash around the park- I had even commented on it- they have some disney magic that just whisks it away. :) Here it...

    Armageddon??

I thought it was a big let down. The only up side- it was really cold that day- and when we went in, we ended up in front of one of the doors- so when the pyrotechnics went off, it was like a nice roasting machine. We took our kids on it- they are 7 and 8. My daughter freaked a little, but not...

    Shareholders Info

I have been combing here as of late- looking for info on buying stock for DLRP. Being an American, I am a bit stupid when it comes to buying Parisian Stock on the British markets. :confused3 I emailed the people we use in the states for our portfolio there and I got back an email full of...

    Death at DLP!

    Annual passport room booking discount

Okay, I am crunching some numbers here. We are getting the annual passports in August when we go. After that, we are planning a 3 day trip sometime in October when the family comes out from the states, and we will be getting a Disney Hotel. I called DLP to find out the room rates sans tickets...

    Val d'europe questions

\Along the street by the train station... The little tables outside are directly across the street from the doors to the trains... It is butted up against the back of the Elysee. The dumplings (fried wontons) are to DIE for... and if the weather is nice, sitting outside is a nice treat!
