My wife did parasailing at the CR two years ago and loved it...very calm and peaceful, very safe...my wife is not a risk taker and doesn't even know how to swim yet she was perfectly fine with it and wants to do it again.

RnR doesn't really drop but it's really fast, in the dark and goes upside down. It's more intense than BTMRR though. Once you've done Everest and RnR then BTMRR seems kind of slow (although we all still love it but only riding at night which makes it seem faster). Kali river rapids is so mild...
