We are staying at POP Century and have transfers through dcl. I was told i had to go to the swan hotel in order to get on the dcl bus. My only problem is the bus there doesn't leave until 12:45pm. does anyone have any other ideas on how to get to the port earlier.

we are looking for a hotel the day before the cruise. i have transfers through disney, so it has to be close to the airport. also where do we take our luggage the day we leave for the cruise. thanks this will be our 2nd time on disney. can't wait
