I just called to switch my January Mexico Cruise from San Diego. I was on hold for only 5 MINUTES! Whole thing took less than 15. I'm thrilled!

Over 5 hours yesterday to cancel a cruise because a VGT opened up and you can't modify an existing reservation to a special rate online. Phone initially said 22 minute wait :) Very nice CM who took care of me in under 5 minutes after answering. Long...long time to get them, but it was worth it!

Well....after 6 hours on hold, we were able to cancel our current cruise and rebook. I was able to cancel without penalty. I upgraded from an inside room to a VGT for $500. 7 Night Mediterranean on the Magic.

Thanks, that is what I figured. I don't believe any of my excursions are sold out so I'm fine rebooking those. Customer Service is so busy that I can't even get put on hold right now.

We have an inside stateroom purchased for an upcoming Europe Cruise that is 50 days away. New VGT rates have been posted and we would like to upgrade from our inside stateroom. I cannot make this change online. Will Customer Service let me make the change or will I have to cancel my cruise...

I answered my own question this morning when I booked a 7 Night balcony for 4 for only $5,000. Super pumped to finally see the Pacific Ocean. 2 words....Whale Watching!

Have ya'll seen the prices for San Diego in 2022-2023? They are super cheap. 4 Night Cruises for 2 for less than 2K. 7 nights for 4 for only $4,000! Are these prices too good to be true? I'm afraid they will change when bookings open next week.

Are the Adult Clubs still active every evening with guest performers and other activities (gameshows, karaoke, "Match your Mate", ect...) Evening entertainment is one of the main reasons I prefer Disney over Royal Caribbean. Thank you!

I 100% support Disney giving "wrist bands" to those who provide their vaccine documentation and letting them freely roam unmasked throughout the park. Those without the wrist band should continue to mask. (Ok, ok....I actually support lifting all mask mandates, but if not, this is the best idea.)
