Was told by Concierge staff of expansion of sun deck to have ocean view (to the side) and addition of support to add hot food in the lounge (like the Wish) … Enchanted Garden, hoping they go with the Mary Poppins overlay as long as they keep the sea bass ….

Your experience was similar to mine. I have no idea what that seating is for inside when they make everyone stand around outside to get through a bottle neck. Poor design and planning and the leadership there thinks everything is great!

I hope that it’s better for you. The Dream crew was amazing but was a terrible start to the cruise. If you have a bad experience I would be vocal about it. The land side management team seemed to be clueless and not really receptive to any feedback. They thought everything was fine …

FtL was a nightmare for me a few weeks ago. I had an 11:30 PAT and didn’t get inside until 12:30. They had everyone outside in corals by PAT time and the inside waiting area was completely empty … made zero sense.

T They have given and I have received future cruise discounts for rerouting of the cruise … have a magical day!!

No future discount … nada … somewhat disappointed at their lackluster reaction… On a side note, Port Everglades was a mess … the check in process was horrendous… everyone stuck waiting in the parking garage due to IT issues, castaway line longer and moving slower then the other line. Security...

Yeah, better that they try and get us somewhere with better weather then hope for a miracle and be in rough water and rain for four days …

The Dream cruise leaving tomorrow is being rerouted to Cozumel due to weather. Sad about missing CC, but understandable…

Maybe they are doing it on cruises that are more full again? I don’t know. I wish they would have more dining in the venue, it’s my favorite of the MDRs …
