I think a lot of this falls under the "golden rule" category of "treat others as you want them to treat you". If a request was a PAID category, I would expect it to be filled, upgraded, or refunded, or even found at a comparable sister resort. If it was only a request, and cannot be honored...

The Southpointe pool is really just a pool, there is a laundry area there. It is great for relaxing because it is not the feature pool, so rather quiet and secluded. Pool at HH is really nice. My 6 y.o. liked it better than SAB! Go figure.

Make the arrangements for your immediate family at BC. There are enough hotels and villas nearby (incl S&D) that there are rooms for others to choose from if they want to stay close. Good luck.

My DH is the "saver", but he is the first to complain when things are not up to his standard. We don't go every year, so it is worth it for me to save up and do the whole thing. I'd stay at BC in a heartbeat. We did YC for a couple nights and the location and queen beds are worth it to us.

I'd try for either CSR of POR as they are newly refubished and now have queen beds! Also great themed pools for kids. I'd skip DP altogether; we too are light breakfast people, and since you have a car you could make a quick trip to get easy b'fast foods and snacks.

I have done both, and agree with PP's that I'd much rather do the limo service. Although we had a good experience with DME, it was worth the extra $$ to stop and get supplies on the way.
