This is great to know. We don't plan on using our car often, but it will be nice to have it closer to where our room is for the times we will use it :)
We are staying for the first time at Poly this summer. Driving down and rented DVC points. Is the parking lot on the map that is in front of the Pago Pago longhouse for guests or is it for something else?
I’ve never last minute surprised my kids. Last trip we had a weekend of “Disney” stuff before revealing an upcoming trip but they were able to help with the planning and countdown. I asked them last summer if they wanted to know about our next trip or be surprised and they immediately said...
So, in 3 weeks we'll be driving from Boston to Disney and there is so much information about the best times to do that. What I can't find is any info on the best time to leave Orlando for the return trip to Boston. Best places to stop on the way home overnight?
We can drive at night (in the...

same here! First time without a stroller. Bought a cooler backpack for hubby to carry and kids will have drawstring backpacks. My plan was to pack lunch most days and can’t believe I hadn’t thought of that plastic storage%. Great idea! My kids won’t eat sandwiches so it’ll ost likely...
We are driving down in a few weeks and I can’t find info on tolls in FL. We will have the MA EZpass but I’ve read it doesn’t work in FL. The one site I found doesn’t show tolls in FL but I know I’ve hit them coming from the airport.
We are bringing pillowcases this year for our kids autograph collection. A piece of cardboard and some binder clips and the characters have a surface to write on. I also bought white clipboards and will have the characters autograph that for me (I never usually do autographs but thought this...
We always do non-park stuff. Even this year, we arrive at MCO at 9:30 am (which translates to a 3:30 am wake-up) and we are going to the resort, we will swim, unpack and just relax. Our Disney Magic will be our dinner. We've made it our "tradition" to let Mickey prepare is a yummy feast at his...
I'm slightly annoyed by this as our first HS day is the 8/3 (the first week). Our hope is to try for JT this day in case our kids slot gets rained out (their show last year was the ONLY one rained out on the day we were there last year ).
I'm hoping that it won't be too big of an issue
Also going first week of August
We were there last year 7/28-8/7 and while it was busy, the crowds didn't overwhelm me. I've also been reading a lot that the crowds are lower this summer than normal so those crowd calendars may be a bit off?
I'd go with the 4 day too. As others have said, it...
Funny...we had a rotten experience at CRT last year. Ours was dinner after DD had her BBB makeover. Our waiter was so inattentive and seemed put out to be there. Even the princesses seemed to be rushing us and annoyed to have to stop and pose for pictures (Cinderella downstairs was great...
Calling now to put in our first floor building 45 or 51 request. Thanks for the input...anyone else with a standard room (non-king) in TN let me know :)
When I spoke with the woman on the phone (we were making modifications) I asked her and she said there were some in trinidad north. But, I also know that the lovely CM I'm speaking with on the phone doesn't always know as much as the good people of the Dis :D
I was able to complete my online check-in and with a standard room booked at CBR I was surprised to see that Trinidad North was a village option.
Does anyone have any experience with these rooms? Am I better off selecting Aruba (which is our go-to village) or are the Trinidad North rooms...
I'm hoping to find out the same thing. I booked a lunch and my confirmation said no dining plan too
Won't keep it if I can't use my last TS credit there.
