Still an issue. I was on hold 3 hours today then it clicked to "survey" then hung up on me. When I called back I got the message they were not accepting calls right now. Super frustrating for a long time platinum cruiser (over 22 years!) trying to cancel 3 cruises for the last 16 days.

I've seen this before. It's an error and will be fixed to the correct cost before you sail. Enjoy your cabana! They are fantastic.

Refilling used personal cups at the drink stations directly instead of using the provided cups? Please don't. I've sailed with Disney for 20 years and I've seen it all. Yes they will close the drink stations at night and tell you to order drinks from room service. Buffets will be served by cast...

So we are Disney cruise experts (20 years of sailing) but rarely do WDW. Mind if I ask what is OUAT?

Thank you VERY much for a recent account of the event and comment on what we are trying to do... this is mainly for the fireworks and not having to fight crowds. Since we have after hours event right after (plenty of snacks and ice cream given out for that) we aren't as concerned about the desserts.
