Why are you embarrased? Don't be silly. You, my DH, and anyone who is seriously sick should vent. Venting and laughing are part of staying healthy. Vent away. Laugh away. Just don't EVER feel embaraseed. You guys have more courage than I ever will and I know that :hug:

I understand you're reluctant to tell. I would be, too. Maybe your co-workers are not well versed in socializing and are more of venters? Or maybe venting is the culture? Don't put too much stock in what they say, it's just chatter. DH has a couple differnt kinds of cancer...

Angel, you WILL love AKL! I stayed there for a weekend about 5 years ago. I was mesmerized by the giraffes outside the balcony. I would stay there in a heartbeat. It is one of the most beautiful resorts, ever.
