We just booked our first cruise using points. It was very convenient booking with points with only 4 weeks until cruise time. I didn't feel like going through the renting thing.

Same thing happened to us last Feb on a 3 day. Never even put shorts on, let alone get in a pool. The last day was the only day we could take our jackets off. Tough time of year to go.

You can get a Costco discount of about $40 a night at the Hyatt. Type in "costco" in the special offers online. I just found this out, when we were looking at off airport hotels. I wasn't interested in paying $160 for a bed for a few hours.
