I know I already gave my answer, but I just remembered something else. One time, we were so enjoying ourselves at WDW, my wife and I both forgot my birthday! We realized it about halfway through the day while in line for BTMRR.

Nope. Since guests pay for the drinks, I would guess that Disney would waste no time in adding actual capacity. More stools, more cash registers (or band readers), etc.

What do you mean by them passing out cards for return times? Is this similar to the SB+ they have been doing at A&E and Soarin', or something else?

As I said before, no firsthand experience, so hopefully someone else can chime in to confirm or correct me, but I think you can try to get for the whole group at once. I believe the one at a time is a work around to try to get them once most are gone and there are no time blocks remaining with...
