Just off the Dream last Monday ( Halloween) and we also received a beach bag. Service was exceptional especially with our concierge staff. Tracey went above and beyond for our family and we were so very pleased.

Just ordered a pair! My kids will be appalled too! Oh well.....

I just go to the Front Desk the night before we check out and request a copy of our folio. Then I doublecheck that paper copy against my cc bill when it arrives. It can be a hassle during vacation to get to the Front Desk,but it saves a headache later on.

Husband got his about three weeks ago,but mine is still out there! We are planning to be in WDW in 2 weeks,so we'll use his card I guess.:tink:

We sailed in Jan 2013 as paying guests,but certainly DVC members on concierge level no less and got exactly NOTHING! No magnet,no bag,nothing. :confused3 I did go to one of the presentations and got a binder for notes, but that was it. I also tried visiting the DVC desk and every time I stopped...

We love OKW it's our favorite resort. Our choice for building/area is Turtle Pond buildings 41 or 42. There is a pool,hot tub,snack bar and laundry facility very close by. FYI studio accommodations do not have washer or dryer so laundry facility in the area isvery useful for us. Excited for you!
