Are parks opening an hour earlier than announced right now? Holiday hours?

So if you don’t get a BG at 7am can you switch your park reservation for the day? We are booked to go to DHS tomorrow but could switch plans if we dont get an AM BG to Tuesday. Originally, DHS was not available to book but now it is 🤷🏼‍♀️

Made a big boo boo I think. I scanned last years tix that had one day left on them. Then tried to add my newer tickets that have 7 days left and they won't load. I can only make one day of fast pass plus for my four day stay. Suggestions??

I was able to book a late 6:50 reservation at BBB DTD for my Dd4. Will it be terribly backed up? Luckily this is our arrival day. We have no plans besides check in at 4pm. Just worried it will take past 8pm. What are others experience??

Makes sense with being fair. We will just try our best when their window opens. Mainly need a stingray excursion for CC for both our boys. I have one already booked. They will try for one when their window opens. If they can't we will just cancel ours. I think boarding won't be a problem. Thanks!!

We are traveling in April with another family. My window has opened to book port arrival time, excursions, etc. since its our third cruise They however are first time cruisers. Can they checkin with us at the port? Also, can I call Disney Cruise to get them the same port arrival? We are linked...
