    Protecting you phones from water

Lifeproof, you can even take underwater pictures. I second the thought, don't buy on amazon they are fakes. Expensive, but well worth the money.

    Firework views from new Fantasyland

We watched from in front of Gaston'sTavern last night. Pretty good spot. You had to keep turning around to keep track of all the fireworks. You can see Tinkerbell. Some of the effects are lost, like the castle Christmas Tree, but overall decent and not crowded. The end is spectacular. It...

    Buyer's Remorse?

WDW always surpasses our expectations. Most of the complainers won't have a good time anywhere. Sure bad things can happen, it's how you and your family approach them that can make or break your trip. Just have a good time and enjoy Disney through your kids eyes.:thumbsup2:

    Recommend a good pedometer

:thumbsup2I agree with endomondo. Awesome app. But if you don't turn it off for rides it will calculate all the riding time too. If you forget for one roller coaster it throws off the whole time. BUT you must get endomondo anyways.

Vero beach during summer at 7 month?

We got two two bedrooms this past summer at the seventh month mark for the first week of August. 5 adults and 4 kids ages 7-12. We had an absolutely great time. We boogie boarded everyday (did get stung by jellyfish, but wasn't a big deal after the first time), went on Captain Bob's swamp...

The 2011 Vero Beach Adoration and INFO thread

We are going to VB in August. What should we do about Dining reservations? We would like to be flexible, but I didn't know how important it is to have reservations. Thanks for any help.

    Travelguard

I would like some personal opinions on using Travelguard. Pros & Cons? We've booked 7 months out at Vero Beach and are considering doing the insurance. Is it hard to collect on? Are there a lot of "hidden" sections or is it pretty straight forward. Thanks for any advice.:)

    Vero Beach at 7 months?

What room types can I reasonably expect at 7 months in July/august? 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom, studio or lucky to get anything? I appreciate any experiences or past history.:santa:

    Disney Transportation- Tips for DTD?

Seriously check into the cabs. We find them very reasonable and quick for certain trips. DTD can be very hard to get to and from. We found out about the cabs by accident, finding ourselves at Poly trying to get to WL (so close, yet so far by Dis Trans. Took a cab as last resort. Very...

DH wants me to ask when is the least crowded day of the year?

Mid November works best for us. Usually there are some 3 day weekends to use. I think we will go Dec. '12 but I'm not prepaying anything.:cool1:

Modified Jungle Cruise spiel and regulations takes a lot of fun out of it...

On our recent trip we had Jessie. She was hilirious with great timing. I wrote Disney to tell them how good she was. The jokes seem to be the same as when I first went in the '70's, but the delivery and attitude is what makes the ride special.:thumbsup2

    Vero Beach Cottage

Am I correct in assuming that the only way to get in a 3 bedroom cottage in the Summer would be to own at VB and book at 11 months?:)

Right vs. Left at Space Mountain

I don't know if there is a difference, but we rode both sides today and everyone in our group liked the left side better:confused3 We all agreed the ride seemed faster with more curves. I know it should be the same but we all had the same thought. NO Waiting was the best:thumbsup2

Poll: What type tickets do you buy?

We tend to stay for short periods of time 1-4 nights. We usually buy 10 day, no expire, with park hopper, and renew as needed. AP's don't work because we don't go necessarily every year and many times it has been on rather short notice. This gives us a lot of flexibility, although not...
