When the itinerary was changed for my cruise, Disney contacted me via a snail mail letter to notify me. I'm thinking that's probably a standard procedure.
There are strollers available on board for you to use. It just requires a returnable deposit. If your baby is very small and not mobile, I would suggest bringing your own stroller.
I know I have seen a thread about this before, but I couldn't find it. I just got off the Dream yesterday....eating my final breakfast at Cabanas and sitting at the table next to me and my family was Marlee Matlin. I didn't see her before that on the ship. After breakfast we saw her in the...
I just got off the Dream today and my daughter turned three today as well. It was our decision on where we wanted to put her. The nursery CM told us that from about 34 months and older and as long as the child is trained they ideally want the child to go to the kids club. My daughter wanted...
Hi All,
Does anyone know an email or physical address to the Tusker House in AK. I was there last week and want to send a note to their management team about my experience. Thanks so much for any help.
You will have a great time, even with the three kids. I have three small ones and we have done several DCL cruises and always had a blast! We have taken our kids when they were babies and have put them in the nursery. The staff really is wonderful. Our youngest sailed with us when she was 4...
Before you leave to go on the cruise, sit down with your daughter and write a note to the Easter Bunny explaining that you are away on a Dis cruise. I bet he writes a note back saying how lucky she is and that he has left her basket and eggs hidden for her to find.
Without a doubt I would do Trunk Bay on St. John. It is beautiful and more private. Megans Bay is more crowded and just doesn't look the way it did ten years ago. I guess with so many people visiting it over the years that tends to happen.
Yes, there absolutely, without a doubt soda water on the Magic. I cruised in the last couple of weeks and actually drank it. It is on the last machine in the back of the boat and is marked "soda".
On previous cruises, we have left departed MCO at 10:30, 10:45 and 11AM, using both Disney Transfers and Private Van Service (Happy Limo), and we have always arrived at the airport in plenty of time....it sure beats hanging around the airport!!
On our most recent cruise (7 Day Western Nov 13 to Nov 20), we were able to upgrade at the port from a Cat 10 to a Cat 3 for $2,000. Previously on a 3 night cruise, we were able to do the same for about $700.
Really, so the charge of 15 dollars goes to the server? I didn't realize that and I tipped our server based on what we thought the meal would actually cost in a regular restaurant. I guess our server loved that we ate their twice!
We just recently came back from a vacation there. It is a beautiful island. I suggest doing Trunk Bay, it is an amazing beach. The snorkeling is only ok, but the beach is great. As for the island tour I am sure that would be awesome but it would probably make you regret that you didn't stop...
